We believe in one God who is the source of Love and Life. We believe God creates and sustains all that is … including other spiritual traditions. We do not attempt to teach everything these is to know about these other spiritual traditions; rather we believe that they have something of value to teach us about God.
While grounded in Jesus’ works, we are open to other ways of seeing and, more importantly, experiencing God. We are strong advocates of interfaith dialogue and believe interfaith understanding and respect to be essential to the survival of the planet.
Why Interfaith? We believe that for Peace to exist here and now there has to be a greater understanding of other people’s beliefs. We want to expose our followers to the multiple ways Humanity has recorded its experience with the search for answers to those meta-questions about our existence. But more importantly, if you believe as we do that God is the Creator of the Universe then there must be other ways of seeing God. God is not Earth-centric.
We have become lazy thinkers. We now know so much more than our ancestors. We see how immense the universe is. We are searching for life on other planets. God will be revealed and understood in ways that are meaningful to those who live elsewhere, just as God has done here.
We profess that we learn something about God from other religious and belief systems.
